Parking was quite confusing for arrival.

The location was great for the Spirit of Hope Cheer competition. The staff was amazing. They really went out of their way. Going above and beyond. I had a small issue with the room setup, but they fixed it right away. Really impressed.

we stayed at home2 suites by hilton for 3 nights, and the highlight was definitely the amazing customer service from cara and jada. they made sure our group had rooms next to each other. we also enjoyed a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool!

Staff were friendly and helpful, ready to assist with any questions I had. However, the parking situation was a bit confusing. I struggled to locate the entrance and finding a parking spot took longer than expected. The elevators weren't functioning properly at times, making it harder to access the garage. The breakfast could use a bit more variety, though it was complimentary. A longer service time would be appreciated during peak hours. I’d definitely consider returning, but I hope they improve the parking and elevator access.
